1. Personal Information Collection

Red Waggin Service Solutions LLC may collect personal information which is information that alone or in combination with other information could be used to identify you. This could include your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and home or business and mailing address or other location from which you use our services from the information you provide us through technology including when you access certain areas of the Red Waggin Service Solutions LLC Sites that require registration for certain services, or if you require more information about those services. If you use certain chat features on our Sites, we may also collect the information you share with us and information about your interactions. 9. SMS PRIVACY POLICY

We may offer communications via SMS texts or similar technology if we receive the appropriate consent from you by applicable law. For example, we may send you text messages to confirm, process, and notify you about appointments, or information regarding a quote from Red Waggin Service Solutions’. This SMS Communications Privacy Policy applies in addition to any other Red Waggin Service Solutions’ Services privacy policy that applies to you.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any text message you have received. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. We may take up to 10 business days to process your opt-out requests. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

We may maintain information that you submit to us voluntarily through text messaging. We may also combine this information with other information that we have collected from you to improve our business processes and offerings.

Opt-in information is not shared with third parties, including affiliates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive several messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
